Coaches are busy and clients are motivated by progress. Write like a good coach talks: clear, direct, encouraging, and never vague about what happens next.
Voice and tone

Tone shifts with the moment: calm and specific for errors and payments, warm for milestones, brief everywhere else.
Capitalization
Sentence case for everything: page titles, buttons, menu items, labels. "Create program", not "Create Program". Proper nouns keep their capitals: SuperCoach, Coach, Apple Health. Arabic has no capital letters; don't fake emphasis with uppercase Latin.
Buttons and actions
Start with a verb and say what happens: "Save program", "Send check-in", "Remove client". Avoid "OK", "Submit" and "Yes".
Numbers
- Use digits for every number in the interface: "3 workouts", not "three workouts".
- Thousands separator in English:
12,500. Decimals with a point:82.5. - Weight and distance: one decimal at most. Calories: whole numbers.
- Percentages without a space:
86%.

Use relative dates for the last week, absolute dates after that. Times follow the user's locale.

Always a space between the number and the unit. Don't abbreviate units in Arabic beyond these.

Show the currency on every amount, so coaches who sell in more than one currency never guess.
Messages
Status messages say what happened and what to do next. They use the status colors with their text label, never color alone.
