Principles
1. The coach's time comes first
Coaches run their business between sessions. Every screen answers "what needs me now?" first: today's check-ins, overdue payments, clients who went quiet. Fewer clicks beats more features.
2. Clear over clever
Plain words, predictable layouts, familiar controls. A coach should never have to guess what a button does or where a setting lives.
3. One system, two products
SuperCoach and Coach share every component. Differences live in tokens, not in forked code, so a fix in one product is a fix in both.
4. Built for both directions
Arabic is not a translation layer. Every component, page and example is designed and tested right-to-left from the start.
5. Accessible by default
Contrast, focus, keyboard and screen reader support are part of done, not a later pass. If a brand color fails contrast, the system says so and offers a passing alternative.
